Therefore, it can be said that a proper diversity management is necessary to maintain such diversified workforce of this retail organisation. In this context, inclusion programs of this organisation play a significant role in isolating such diversity issues within employees and consumers. It is found that Walmart has launched some specific events to nullify the diversity from the associate resource groups.
